Being a self-serve platform, the user journey's were simplified to enable users to experience the solutions with a minimum learning curve.

Our goal was to build an user friendly self serve platform which enables users to test the digital identity verification and authentication solutions offered by VIDA. We aimed to optimise the users journey of building solutions from template as well as customised solutions from scratch using an intuitive building canvas
Digital identity and authentication is a domain with extensive and complex use cases. The platform needed to be designed in a manner that covers the solution building use cases in an intutive way.
The home screen is dynamic and changes based on the users journey in the product. The home screen for a first time user gives an overview of the steps to create the first solution. After a solution is created a widget is added on the home screen which nudges the user towards the next step of their journey. For a frequent user the home screen shows the recently created solutions with a shortcut to view results for the solutions.

In both scenarios, the user lands on a solution building canvas with several options to confiure and set up the solution workflow. The interface has been designed in the form of a user friendly editor which gives the user a good visibility of system status and allows felxibility of customisation.
