We'll audit what exists, tell you honestly what's worth keeping, then refactor, modernize the stack, clear the technical debt, and redesign whatever isn't working. A rebuild is occasionally the right answer, and we'll say so, with the cost of both routes on the table. What we won't do is recommend starting over because reading someone else's code is inconvenient.

Capacity follows the work. Add people for a launch push and release them afterward. Run a dedicated team for a year and a half, or bring in one specialist for a fortnight. There's no minimum commitment and no headcount you agreed to in January that no longer matches what you're building in June.

We stay, if you want us to. Support, optimization, new features, ongoing maintenance — handled by the engineers who wrote the original code rather than a support desk reading documentation that went stale months ago. You also get everything regardless: repository, credentials, design files, and documentation. Staying should be a choice, not a dependency.
